  • SSON is an added service provided by Sesame to their customer to register their requests directly. They should login using the username and password

    • To register New Requests and view the status of the request already submitted

    The system also facilitates the clients to approve or deny the requests solved just on a click.

    Approval Pendings

    The page provides the List of Requests that are already executed by service support team and which is now waiting for the approval from the client end. Client can approve or reject the list based on whether their requirement is satisfied.

    New Requests

    This is the page which allows the client to create a New Request. The form allows the client to provide the details of the request against his/her Packages or Modules..

    My Requests

    My Request is the page where the client can view the list of the unsolved requests they made in the SSON. The same can be viewed as reports in the unsolved pending list as well.

    AvgTimetoRegClose Report

    The report give details about the average time taken to close the registered requests.

    Client wise Register

    The client wise register give details about the requests made from each client individually. Graphical representation of the same is also made available.

    Unsolved Pending List

    The client can get the report for the list of unresolved requests within this option.
